This project is inspired by the Christian fable of Mary Magdalene, where a simple act of transformation can lead to profound beauty and acceptance. Just as Mary Magdalene’s story is one of redemption and new beginnings, stone painting symbolizes the potential for ordinary objects to be turned into something extraordinary.
